Hydron grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the released Windows application for personal or internal business purposes. Hydron currently supports Windows x64 only.
You may not use Hydron to violate applicable law, harm others, bypass access controls, distribute malware, or infringe intellectual-property rights. You may not misrepresent a modified build as an official Hydron release or redistribute the installer without permission.
Hydron is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or non-infringement. Bugs, data loss, breaking changes, and incomplete features are possible.
AI models and coding agents can produce incorrect, unsafe, biased, or incomplete output. You are responsible for reviewing generated text, commands, and code before using or executing it. Hydron is not liable for decisions or losses caused by model output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hydron's authors and distributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages; lost data, profits, or business; hardware problems; third-party charges; or unauthorized access arising from use of Hydron.
Hydron includes or interoperates with third-party components, model files, runtimes, and agents. Those components remain subject to their own licenses, acceptable-use rules, privacy policies, and subscription terms. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement or ownership by Hydron.
Your right to use Hydron ends if you materially breach these terms. You may stop using Hydron and uninstall it at any time. Locally stored models and application data may need to be removed separately.
No public support address has been published yet. Until the public release, contact the Hydron project owner through the same private channel that supplied this build.
